Product information

Our 1942 Hunting Pant consisting of duck canvas was made for the life outdoors. This is where it feels most comfortable.
Duck canvas has always been used for work- and outdoor wear due to its rugged and abrasion-proof characteristics. Our duck canvas has been made to 1940s specifications and we are very proud of the result. Although it has a rough character, it offers an outstanding comfort whilst wearing.
Our 1942 Hunting Pant offers a reguler cut together with suspender buttons and a cinch back for size adjustment. Heavy bar tacks and seams mark it as an article for daily use. The D-ring at the front is a typical feature of the 1940s. It offered the owner the ability to attach his pocket watch chain, a feature that comes in very handy even today.

The following features characterize our 1942 Hunting Pant:

- 10 ounce duck canvas made from 100% Cotton
- normal waist, regular fit
- Buttons, Rivets and Cinch Back in zinc finishing
- Heavy bar tacks on seam ends, belt loops and pockets
- Suspender Buttons
- D-ring for attaching a pocket watch chain
- Made in Turkey

The trousers have been rinsed in order to provide more comfort.

Available in three lengths: 32, 34 and 36 inches

Note for pants:

Measurements provided are of the product when laid flat, not as worn on a body.
WAIST: We measure the waist with the fly buttoned, spread flat on a surface, and given a light stretch tp remove any wrinkles and give a natural waist reading. The waist is then measured straight across the top of the waistband.
FRONT RISE: With the fly buttoned, we measure starting from the crotch seam to the top of the waistband following the fly, giving the front rise a slight pull to remove wrinkles and give a natural measurement.
BACK RISE: Measuring from the same point as the front rise, we measure from the crotch seam to the back waistband, following the rear seam on the seat.
HEM: The hem is measured in the same manner, laying flat on a surface and measurements taken from the external sem to internal seam at the leg opening.
